10th place for the 2016 Palestine 10k for women was 53:13. If I can run close to that time I may be able to finish in the top ten. It’s an 8:33 pace. Right now I’m doing 10 minute miles. I’ve got six weeks left to train.
Top 20 would be 55:02 or an 8:51 pace which is more realistic. I’ve got two races before I leave for Palestine on March 27th; the USATF Fireside Frostbite 5 Miler and the USATF Haddonfield Adrenaline Run 5k.
